Today we started off by focusing on the opening sequence of the performance. You worked with your character groups to develop your introduction moment. What did you change/develop about your piece and why?
Me, Eloise and Ella all worked together to make sure that
our piece of theatre at the beginning was all in sync and we got our movement
in time, as they are quite detailed, delicate movements.
What props/costume have you decided that are significant to your character and how will you use them in the opening sequence and what message will the prop/costume give to the audience? What do you want the audience to understand about the character from what you decide to use? How might the prop/costume be used throughout the rest of the performance?

We have all decided on wearing school uniform as i think
this shows that Leah rarely goes home, which gives the effect she needs to get out alot more, which all
three of us want too portray. This also covers continuity as it follows through
the story line.
You then went on to rehearse a scene. Reflect on what has got better, and what do you needed to improve your character further? This might be line learning, analysing your script, understanding who you are speaking to, writing down your given direction onto your script.

I think i need to learn my lines alot better, so that i can
focus on my acting, i also think in the first and second scene i am in, i need
to cover direction, as i am having difficulty trying to find out where and when
to stand and who to be looking at. I am fortunate that i have no ques, as i think that it as downfall for many other
people within the class.
